I left Laguna Beach at 2.30 am tuesday morning to LAX-Atlanta-Paris-Bordeaux. I had the most spectacular and beautiful take off in Paris, it was an yellowish/orange sunrise in between 2 layers of clouds with Paris in the background (I coudn't take pics of course). It was amazing, one of the most beautiful things I've witnessed so far. Then I caught flight to Bordeaux where Doudou picked me up at 8.30 am and drove 2 hours to have lunch with his wife Cri and kids. Few phone calls... 12 pm off Shore winds, skimboarders heading to the beach, apparently it's fun. So we head down to "La Nord" with the kids in the VW EuroVan... It was indeed really fun, really warm air and water!!! Pascal and Ju shooting pics. Miles Grobman was already there getting some barrels and told me that it was the best session he had here so far. After that I met up with my parents and went to have a really nice dinner at my brother's with them and his girlfriend. Only the first day, it's already a blast.

Fun session in Hossegor right off the plane
